Look man, I'm gonna be honest. This game... This game is just, fucking awesome. I fucking love it. The only problem in it is because the battle is really, really, REALLY long. But beside that? Nah. The textures are great, the battle is perfect, the 3D, items, references. Everything is great. Keep the hard work man!
I wish this comment had come sooner. Unfortunately, this game will remain canceled until someone else wants to pick up the torch and finish it. We literally have no one else who can work on it anymore.
In the meantime, I'm focusing on more original works in other formats, but that will take years.
Well, coding was the main thing that was needed. The source code for the game is publicly available in more information and downloads, so if you want to fix and finish it from there you can go ahead.
